This is required for age verification, to ensure that all our members are at least 17 years of age or older.

Shipping address and phone number:
We may require this information to help fulfill store orders that may need to be shipped to customers.

Payment:
When using our platform you are required to use usd, or our ki pts when doing any transactions. Ki pts can be converted to ki coins which you can hold for accumulation or sell back to us for usd. A paypal account is required for payout.

Sign up:
When signing up, customers are required to provide their email, and a new password, and retype the new password, to create a new account.

Sign in:
When signing in, customers are required to provide their email and password that is associated with the customer account.

Placing an order:
To place a store customers are required to pay in usd or ki coins.

Refund:
Once the customer places an order, we may start processing the order after 3 hours of placing the order. We may not be able to refund any order that is already being processed. If the customer has an issue with an order we may fix it at no charge if the error is found to be on our end. The customer shall agree to pay additional charges to fix any error that was created on their end.
Customer errors are any wrong information that is given to us by a customer that may cause an order to not be properly completed, cause delay, and or additional work.

Shipping and handling:
The customer must agree to and pay any required shipping charges. We may take 1-5 days to complete an order before shipping and shipping may take up to an additional 5 days to be delivered. If customers have not received any shipping notification within 5 days, please contact us.

Shipping notification:
We may send a shipping notification to notify our customers whenever their order is shipped out.

Return:
We may accept a return if an error is seen on our end. If a customer sends back an order that has no error caused by us or without our permission, may not be refunded and will have to pay any additional shipping cost to get their item back.
