SUMRRIA TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: September 13, 2026
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
Welcome to Sumrria. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sumrria website,
membership features, Partner Rewards program, advertising systems, Coop, Surf, referral features, offers,
Solo Mailer, email subscriptions, credits, reward redemption features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing Sumrria, participating in its programs, submitting advertisements,
earning credits, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. About Sumrria
Sumrria provides online membership, advertising, referral, promotional, and rewards-related services.
Features may include Partner Rewards, Coop advertising, Surf advertising, referral programs,
Solo Mailer, member promotional emails, third-party offers, advertiser credits, promotional opportunities, and products or rewards
that eligible members may redeem.
Features, qualification requirements, reward values, availability, and program rules may change over time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws applicable to you to use Sumrria.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, rent,
share, or otherwise provide your account to another person for the purpose of circumventing Sumrria’s rules.
Sumrria may require reasonable verification of account ownership, transactions, referrals,
advertising activity, reward activity, or other account information when necessary to prevent abuse or fraud.
3. Partner Rewards Credits
Eligible members may earn Partner Rewards credits through qualifying activities made available by Sumrria.
These may include advertising activity, third-party offers, promotions, commissions,
or other activities specifically designated by Sumrria.
Credits are recorded within a member’s Sumrria account and may be used toward eligible rewards
when the applicable requirements are satisfied.
Credits do not constitute a bank account, deposit account, stored-value account, security,
cryptocurrency, or ownership interest in Sumrria.
Unless Sumrria expressly states otherwise for a particular program or reward,
credits are promotional rewards within the Sumrria platform and have no independent cash value
outside the redemption methods offered by Sumrria.
Sumrria may correct credits that were awarded because of technical errors, duplicate transactions,
fraudulent activity, invalid traffic, reversed transactions, chargebacks, canceled offers,
or other activity that did not legitimately qualify.
4. Coop Advertising
Sumrria’s Coop system allows eligible members to submit links for inclusion in a shared advertising rotation.
Members may maintain a maximum of
10 ads in the shared advertising system at a time.
When a member already has 10 ads, additional ads cannot be submitted until the member deletes
one or more existing ads.
Ads may remain active for the period specified by Sumrria and may require renewal or refreshing after expiration.
Participation in the advertising rotation does not guarantee any specific number of impressions,
visitors, clicks, conversions, sales, leads, or earnings.
5. Coop Advertiser Credits
Qualifying Coop advertising views may contribute toward Partner Rewards credits.
1,885 qualifying Coop advertising views = 1 Partner Rewards credit.
Only views recognized by Sumrria’s systems as qualifying views count toward this threshold.
Partial progress may be carried forward toward the next qualification threshold.
For example, if an advertiser accumulates 1,900 qualifying Coop views,
1 credit may be awarded and the remaining qualifying progress may continue toward the next credit.
Sumrria may use technical measures designed to prevent duplicate, automated, manipulated,
fraudulent, or otherwise invalid views.
6. Surf Advertising
The Surf system provides another method through which participating advertisements may receive qualifying views.
Coop and Surf may use a shared advertising pool. Accordingly, advertisements submitted through
an eligible advertising interface may be made available through both systems.
Members may maintain a maximum of
10 ads in the shared system.
Reaching the maximum does not cause older advertisements to be automatically deleted.
The member must delete an existing advertisement before submitting another.
Participation does not guarantee a particular amount of traffic or engagement.
7. Surf Advertiser Credits
2,300 qualifying Surf advertising views = 1 Partner Rewards credit.
Only qualifying views recognized by Sumrria count toward advertiser reward progress.
Partial qualifying progress may carry forward toward the next threshold.
Coop and Surf qualification progress may be tracked separately even though credits earned
through either system may ultimately be added to the member’s available Partner Rewards credit balance.
8. Qualifying Views and Invalid Traffic
Sumrria may use technical methods to determine whether advertising activity qualifies for rewards.
Activity may be rejected or excluded when Sumrria reasonably determines that it resulted from manipulation,
automation, repeated artificial viewing, bots, scripts, traffic exchanges used in violation of program rules,
fraudulent traffic, deliberate circumvention of duplicate-view controls, or similar abuse.
Members may not attempt to artificially generate Coop or Surf views for themselves or another member.
Prohibited practices include manipulating IP addresses, browser/device identifiers, cookies, sessions,
accounts, scripts, virtual environments, proxies, or similar technology for the purpose of generating
artificial qualifying activity.
A displayed view count does not necessarily guarantee that every displayed view qualifies
toward Partner Rewards credit progress.
9. Advertising Content
Members are responsible for advertisements and links they submit.
You may not advertise or link to content involving unlawful activity, malware, phishing,
deceptive downloads, fraud, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement,
unauthorized collection of personal information, or other content that Sumrria determines
presents an unacceptable risk to members or the platform.
Sumrria may reject, disable, expire, or remove an advertisement that violates these Terms
or threatens the operation, security, reputation, or integrity of the Services.
10. Solo Mailer and Member Promotional Emails
Subscriptions and Access
The Sumrria Solo Mailer allows eligible members to submit promotional emails for delivery to the
service’s eligible, opted-in Member Promotions subscribers. Access is provided through Sumrria;
the service does not give senders ownership of or unrestricted access to the subscriber list.
You must maintain an active Member Promotions subscription to send or resend campaigns.
The subscription includes promotional messages from Sumrria and participating members about
earning opportunities, member promotions, mailer ads, banner ad placements, Surf traffic rotator
offers, and Co-op traffic rotator offers.
By entering your email and pressing the signup button, such as
Claim Access or
Subscribe, you request the subscription described on that form.
Subscriptions normally activate automatically without a second email confirmation.
A welcome email or an offer-page redirect does not itself complete a purchase or grant paid membership.
Daily Allowance and Automatic Queue
The current allowance is
up to 500 eligible recipients per campaign, subject to
the available subscriber list, recipient eligibility, delivery capacity, and applicable limits.
This is a maximum allowance, not a guarantee of 500 deliveries or inbox placements.
You may submit your first email and queue up to six more in advance, for a total of seven campaigns.
Queued campaigns are processed in the order submitted, from first to last. The default minimum
interval between a sender’s campaigns is
1,440 minutes (24 hours).
Administrators may change the configured interval and other service limits; the settings displayed
or enforced by the mailer apply. A scheduled time is not a guarantee of an exact delivery time.
Submitting an eligible campaign authorizes automatic processing without individual administrator
approval. Capacity limits, recipient-level limits, loss of subscription eligibility, delivery errors,
maintenance, or abuse controls may delay, block, pause, skip, or cancel processing.
Recipients may receive promotions from multiple members; a sender’s interval is not a
service-wide promise of only one promotional email per recipient each day.
Message Requirements
The current subject limit is
80 characters and the current body limit is
1,500 characters, including spaces and HTML code. HTML and plain-text formats
are supported subject to the editor’s permitted content and validation rules.
Over-limit text is not automatically cut off. The remaining-character counter may become negative,
and you must edit the message to fit before it can be submitted. A zero remaining count is within
the limit. Do not put links in the subject or body; place the offer URL in the designated link field.
Emojis are not permitted. The limits and restrictions enforced by the mailer govern submission.
Subjects and content must be accurate and must not impersonate others, mislead recipients,
make unsupported claims, promote unlawful activity, or violate another person’s rights.
You must have the rights needed to submit your content and link to your offer. You authorize
Sumrria and its delivery providers to format, store, distribute, and track that content as needed
to operate the campaign.
Do not harvest addresses, submit unauthorized subscriber lists, bypass opt-outs or rate limits,
or interfere with required advertising disclosures, unsubscribe facilities, or postal-address information.
Campaigns must comply with applicable advertising, privacy, and commercial-email laws.
Using Sumrria does not remove legal responsibilities that apply to you as an advertiser or sender.
Sending Results and Click Tracking
A sent status generally records acceptance by the configured delivery method. It does not prove
receipt, inbox placement, reading, a sale, or another conversion. Filtering, mailbox restrictions,
invalid addresses, recipient preferences, and third-party failures can affect delivery.
Each campaign-recipient record may use a unique tracking token. Tracked offer links record activity
and redirect directly to the submitted destination without requiring an intermediate offer page.
Unique-click counts represent recipient records with a tracked click; total-click counts include
repeated tracked requests. Automated scanners and forwarded messages can affect these counts.
HTML tracking images may also generate estimated open records as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Editing and resending a previous campaign submits it as a new campaign subject to the same
eligibility, content, queue, and sending limits. Automatic processing is not an endorsement of an offer.
Sumrria does not guarantee clicks, conversions, paying customers, sales, or earnings.
Opt-Outs
Recipients may unsubscribe from Member Promotions using the facility included in promotional
emails without paying or logging in. Valid requests are honored promptly and within applicable
legal deadlines. Contact Sumrria for help or to stop other marketing communications from us.
Required unsubscribe facilities and valid postal-address information must remain in commercial emails.
Unsubscribing may remove your eligibility to send and prevent queued campaigns from proceeding.
Messages already in processing may still arrive. Necessary non-marketing account, security,
purchase, or service messages may continue where permitted by law. Do not re-subscribe another
person without their authorization or use a migration or reset to disregard a recorded opt-out.
11. Referral Program
Sumrria may provide members with personalized referral links.
Qualifying referrals may result in credits, commissions, bonuses, or other benefits
according to the rules displayed for the applicable referral program.
Referral activity is separate from Coop and Surf advertiser-view qualification unless Sumrria expressly states otherwise.
Members may not generate fraudulent referrals, create accounts for the purpose of referring themselves,
impersonate other people, manipulate referral tracking, or use automated systems to create artificial referral activity.
Commissions or rewards may be withheld or reversed when the underlying transaction is refunded,
canceled, charged back, fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise disqualified.
12. Partner Offers, Surveys and Apps
Sumrria may provide access to offers operated by third-party advertisers, affiliate networks,
survey providers, app providers, or other partners.
Third parties may determine whether an action qualifies for a commission or reward.
Completing an offer does not necessarily guarantee that Sumrria will receive confirmation
or compensation from the applicable third party.
When a third-party transaction is rejected, reversed, canceled, charged back,
determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise not credited to Sumrria,
related member rewards may also be withheld, canceled, or reversed where appropriate.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
13. Reward Redemption
Members who accumulate sufficient available Partner Rewards credits may redeem eligible rewards offered through Sumrria.
Current reward tiers may include products requiring:
- 20 credits
- 50 credits
- 100 credits
- 250 credits
- 500 credits
Availability of a particular reward is not guaranteed indefinitely.
The applicable credit requirement is the requirement displayed or enforced by Sumrria
at the time a valid redemption is processed.
Credits used for a completed redemption are deducted from the member’s available credit balance.
Members may not manipulate checkout requests, product identifiers, credit requirements,
account balances, browser requests, or other technical mechanisms to obtain rewards
for fewer credits than required.
14. No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation in Sumrria does
not guarantee income, profits, advertising results,
commissions, rewards, sales, referrals, traffic, or any particular financial outcome.
Results depend on numerous factors, including member activity, advertiser participation,
third-party performance, qualifying transactions, available offers, traffic,
and other circumstances outside Sumrria’s control.
Any examples, projections, promotional descriptions, or previous results should not be interpreted
as promises of future results.
15. Fraud and Abuse
Sumrria may investigate suspected fraud, manipulation, exploitation, or abuse.
Prohibited conduct includes automated reward generation, artificial advertising views,
duplicate or fraudulent accounts, unauthorized account access, manipulation of referral tracking,
exploitation of software errors, attempts to bypass credit requirements,
interference with Sumrria’s systems, and knowingly submitting false information.
Sumrria may suspend affected credits, rewards, commissions, redemptions,
advertisements, or account access while suspected abuse is reviewed.
Confirmed fraudulent or abusive activity may result in removal of invalid credits,
cancellation of rewards, account suspension, or account termination.
16. Errors and Corrections
Technology can occasionally malfunction.
A displayed balance, view count, progress amount, commission, reward, price,
or other value resulting from an obvious technical or administrative error
does not create an entitlement to that erroneous amount.
Sumrria may correct duplicate credits, erroneous balances, incorrect qualification calculations,
pricing errors, accidental reward grants, and similar mistakes.
17. Refunds and Reversals
Purchases made through Sumrria are subject to the refund terms presented for the applicable
product or service and any rights required by applicable law.
Rewards, commissions, or credits associated with a transaction may be reversed
when that underlying transaction is refunded, canceled, disputed, reversed, or charged back.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
18. Account Suspension and Termination
Sumrria may suspend or terminate access to some or all Services when reasonably necessary
because of fraud, abuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity,
interference with the platform, or material risk to Sumrria or its users.
When practical and appropriate, Sumrria may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.
Serious fraud, security threats, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate action.
19. Service Availability
Sumrria may modify, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue features of the Services.
Sumrria does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, hosting failures, internet outages, software problems,
third-party failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside Sumrria’s reasonable control
may temporarily affect availability.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Sumrria’s website design, branding, software, original text,
graphics, logos, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Sumrria
and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Sumrria’s intellectual property to members.
Members retain responsibility for content and links they submit and represent that they have
the rights necessary to submit and use that content through the Services.
21. Third-Party Services
Sumrria may integrate with or link to payment processors, affiliate networks,
advertising networks, WooCommerce services, advertisers, survey providers,
applications, merchants, and other third parties.
Sumrria does not control all aspects of third-party services and is not responsible
for their independent acts, omissions, availability, policies, products, or services.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an
“as is” and “as available” basis.
Sumrria does not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted,
completely secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sumrria will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of
or inability to use the Services.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from third-party services,
lost advertising opportunities, lost profits, interrupted service, lost data,
or unauthorized conduct by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims,
losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of Sumrria,
advertisements or content you submit, infringement of another person’s rights,
or material violation of these Terms.
25. Changes to These Terms
Sumrria may update these Terms as the Services, programs, laws, or business practices change.
The “Last Updated” date will identify the latest revision.
When a change materially affects members’ rights or obligations,
Sumrria may provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance
to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Privacy
Use of Sumrria is also subject to Sumrria’s Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how Sumrria collects, uses, stores,
and otherwise processes personal information.
27. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Sumrria,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles,
except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Sumrria
and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable,
the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or program-specific terms expressly incorporated into them,
constitute the agreement between you and Sumrria concerning use of the Services.
30. Contact Sumrria
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the contact method provided on the Sumrria website.
